Education

We offer different learning journeys for employees and leaders focused on the assessment and organizational approach to improving well-being and preventing burnout among employees. The training programs—one for leaders and one for employees—present a high level of background knowledge about stress in the workplace and its impact on the mind/body.  The programs were developed by people who had direct and personal experience with burnout.

Employee wellbeing often seems to be an aspect of work that companies put off focusing on until it is too late. Our research suggests that at any given time 35% of leaders are at some stage of burnout, experiencing heightened stress and physical and mental exhaustion. Studies also show that the demotivating and contagious effect of working with such a colleague with low mood can lower productivity by about 45%.

A systematic plan of action needs to be carried out to improve employee wellbeing and to increase productivity along with innovation capability. We developed a learning journey to start a dialogue about wellbeing topics, create openness to discuss and exchange best practices to ultimately make work practices and lifestyle adjustments that help improve well-being for leaders and their teams.

Our “Leading Wellbeing and Avoiding Burnout” learning journey will help you identify personal areas to focus on, and also enable you to help your team members improve their well-being, deal with stress, and avoid burnout by creating an environment where everyone can flourish.
